Rob Warstler

 

Rob Warstler serves as a Managing Partner of Warstler Realty Group, a fully diversified real estate development and investment company.  In addition Rob serves as President of Warstler Acquisitions, a Development and Acquisition company of income producing assets as well as President of Warstler Realty, LLC a limited service brokerage company.

 

He has participated in the development, acquisition and leasing of over 15 shopping centers with tenants that include Walmart and Kroger Grocery, 4 mixed use projects of 100 acres or more that included large residential and retail components including the largest PUD done in Hamilton County, IN., and multiple NNN projects including medical facilities such as MedExpress and St. Vincent Immediate Care to restaurants such as McDonald’s, Wendy’s and Taco Bell, Starbucks, and Bonefish Grill etc.,

 

He is responsible for market evaluation, local site evaluation, planning, entitlement process, LOI and lease negotiations, to the financing of these projects.  Current projects include the final stage of a 13.5 acre development that includes multiple out parcel opportunities in Fishers, IN. as well a several single tenant NNN in both Indiana and Florida.

 

In addition over his 30+ year career he has completed 400+ sale/lease transactions that exceed $300,000,000 in total value.  These transactions include Pharmor Drugstores, Shoe Carnival, Sears, Kroger, Blockbuster Video, etc..

 

Rob’s professional accomplishments include being an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers since 1992 and past National Retail Steering Committee Member of Colliers International.  During his brokerage years he led national rollouts for Moe’s Southwest Grill, Shoe Carnival, and Ruth Chris Steakhouse throughout Florida.

Gary Warstler

 

In 1961, Gary Warstler helped initiate the F C Tucker Company residential division. Gary was the first broker hired by Bud Tucker and ultimately became responsible for the day to day operations of the company. By his retirement, he had built the company to 660 brokers located in twelve offices throughout the state of Indiana. The company had an annual revenue of over a billion dollars.

 

In 1971, he and his partner John Clark started C&W, a shopping center development company.

Over the course of Gary’s career, he’s participated in the development and acquisition of twelve shopping centers located in the metropolitan Indianapolis area.

 

Gary’s professional accomplishments include:

President of the US Young Realtor’s National Association (??)

Director of MIBOR

member of the National Association of Relators

Godparent for the St. Mary’s Child Center

In 1970, Gary was the inaugural award winner of the F C Tucker award.
